I spent the day dodging the slings and arrows of the internet while all but begging DC fans to send them my way. That’s OK. I wouldn’t have it any other way…
Last night, I finished Season 4 of The Righteous Gemstones, and I loved where creator Danny McBride left this HBO series, even though the episode was far bloodier than I imagined. The show premiered way back in 2019, which feels like a lifetime ago, but its characters grew on me over the years and I’m really going to miss them. Thanks for the memories, Gemstones!
Tonight, you’ll read about one of Hollywood’s top directors making his first streaming movie, and the latest actor to “kick the tires” on Luca Guadagnino’s DC movie Sgt. Rock.
